From the day you book with us we will start planning along side you. Allow our team to help coordinate all the big and little details, keep you on track with monthly checklists, be the main point of contact for vendors, design your wedding day, and much more. On your wedding day you'll be able to sit back, relax and enjoy all of the hustle and bustle of your most special day because we are there.

Why book this package? Need help selecting those final vendors? Want our help with the basic design of your wedding? We can help pull everything together that you've planned and still need to plan.

Let us take care of as much of the planning as you need anywhere up to 6 months prior to your wedding day. This timeline gives our team enough time to see the big picture, from meeting all the vendors to creating a timeline perfect for your special day. We will take care of all coordination, from the minute you hire us until the last guest departs.

DAY OF COORDINATION

Why book this package? You are close to the finish line but still have a few planning tidbits you need help with. We are here with monthly to weekly checklists and professional industry advice to get you to the finish line with way less stress.

Let us take care of as much of the planning as you need anywhere from 1-3 months prior to your wedding day.* Out ream will meet with you and coordinate with all the vendors to create the perfect timeline for your wedding day. We will be there for the rehearsal and the day of your wedding to set up, tear down*, work with all vendors, run the entire day, send your wedding party and you down the aisle and make sure the day runs smoothly.

*Dependent on which Day of Coordination package you select. We offer a Basic and Premium Day of Coordination package to fit your needs.
